We use only premium detergents and dryer sheets for our fluff and fold. You can choose from name brands like Tide, OxiClean, All Free & Clear, and Dreft Baby at no extra cost.

Most orders are delivered next business day Monday through Friday. Unusually large orders may require more time but we'll contact you if we think an order will need an extra day.
No we do not. We keep orders separate to help ensure you get back the laundry you sent.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
You can sign in and select pick-up and drop-off dates that fit your schedule. Driver time slots are generally available Monday through Friday from 8AM to 6PM. Please sign in to see available slots.

No, you do not. Just let us know in the special instructions fields when placing your order where our driver can find the laundry and where they can leave it upon delivery. Please describe the spot as best as you can.
Please also make sure the spot is accessible to our driver.

There are no commitments. You can use the service when you want and as often as you want. You can also cancel at any time.
We'll charge the credit or debit card you put on file with us when you create your account. We will charge your card when the order is finished and ready to be delivered.
A kitchen trash bag that cinches clothes will be just fine.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
